Acceptance

By downloading or using WarrantyLens, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What WarrantyLens does

WarrantyLens is a personal warranty tracker. It uses AI to extract product and warranty information from photos of receipts and warranty documents you provide. It stores that information on your device and sends you local reminders before your warranties expire.

AI accuracy

The extraction is powered by a large language model. Field accuracy varies with image quality and document format. You are responsible for reviewing extracted data before saving. WarrantyLens is not responsible for missed warranty windows caused by incorrect extraction, incorrect user input, misplaced notifications, or device issues.

Purchases

WarrantyLens Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. Apple's Terms of Sale apply. Refunds are handled by Apple; we can't issue them directly.

Acceptable use

Don't scan documents that don't belong to you or that you don't have permission to record.
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or repackage the app.
Don't abuse the AI extraction endpoint to burn quota unrelated to legitimate WarrantyLens use.

Termination

We may block access to the extraction endpoint if we detect abuse. The on-device app will continue to work for viewing existing saved warranties even if the extraction endpoint is blocked.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update counts as acceptance. Material changes will be announced on our support page.
